    100 Burpees 8:18. First time doing that many. Can’t wait to see the improvement next time. Every Secind Counts was great and very motivating. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement as always.Lowcountry Crossfit West Ashley, Charleston, SC

    6:43. If you want to get better at burpees, do the 100 day burpee challenge. Do 2 burpees tomorrow, 3 the next day, etc. until you get to day 100. Retime yourself and see how much you’ve improved. Good job to everyone who did the 100.Lowcountry Crossfit Mt. Pleasant, Charleston, SC

    7:53, still having a hard time getting back into the wods but I'll be back soon enough. Great job to everyone. I was really happy seeing everyone working out together and pushing each other through. Very motivating.     6:13 Man…it's amazing how your body never really adapts to these.
