50 day burpee challenge: Day 3
Complete 3 burpees today and make up for any missed days

Deadlift
3-3-3-3-3-10 reps

Go heavy on each set of 3. The weight for the set of 10 should be a struggle to get ten straight reps without putting the bar down. Push each other and keep proper deadlift form throughout each set.

Post weight to comments for each set, including the 10

    Great job to everyone!! These strength days are extremely important in helping with increased strenght during regular WODs… Keep up the form and you'll be able to pull more on your next heavy deadlift day. It is awesome to see everyone pushing and cheering for each other, and to see people reaching levels they never would have thought they could or even have tried… Outstanding!!315-405-435-455-465F-460F-365(for10)

    Brittany:95-115-125-135-145 144/135 Not too bad since I have only been doing deadlifts for about 2 or 3 months. Watch out Brooke, I want to get 205 too! Thanks for all the help Brooke and Nigel! Pretty sure I have PERFECT form now haha. I love strength days :)

    lisa:maxed out at 103 for the deadlifts. god im strong..haha..NOT…i enjoyed the second WOD amanda and i did…more cardio…3 rounds of 500meter row/ 100 jump rope/ 50 situps and then a 400meter run!!! finished at 24:something…THANKs Amanda for doing that one with me!! i needed it fo sho! :)
