50 day burpee challenge: Day 7

Complete 7 burpees today and make up for any missed days
“Nasty Girls”

3 rounds for time:
50 airsquats
7 muscle-ups
10 hang power cleans (135lb/95lb)

This workout is a CrossFit staple. It is a symbol of getting stronger and being able to conquer the things in life that seem unconquerable. Go all out during this WOD and never let up.

    10:23 MU Rx and HPC with 115 lb.the hang power cleans killed me…i guess i have another thing to add to my list of crossfit exercises i need to work on and improve…awesome job to all!
