    Nice comment from Anonymous. This WOD worked me like a mule. Just couldn't find that extra gear today and was very sluggish.     Great job to everyone on this serious METCON..We had a nice competitive 6pm class with coach kevvy competing… welcome back kevin.. Good work Grant, Chris, and John..me… 24:01 as RxI will be in DC Sunday through Thursday next week.. LCCFWA will be sadly missed, but I am hitting up Crossfit Fairfax and Potomac Crossfit while up there for work… Keep working hard everyone, I see improvements be every athlete each day.
