50 Day Burpee Challenge: Day 29
Complete 29 burpees today and make up for any missed days

Today’s WOD:

Front Squats
3-3-3-3-3 reps

Then

4 rounds for time:
3 anyway overhead…. press, push press, or push jerk (155lb/105lb)
6 pullups
9 box jumps (24″/19″)

Post weight on front squats and time on the 3-6-9 to comments

    Didn't do todays WOD because of my knee. Did 50 pullups, situps, ring dips, pushups for time. 11:35. Finished with some Tabata abs with Stephanie, Brittany, and Anthony. Thanks for the workout Brooke. Lowcountry Crossfit West Ashley, Charleston, SC

    Did a fun AMRAP WOD at Crossfit Fairfax, VA As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, using 135lb….8 deadlift6 hang power clean4 front squatcompleted 12 rounds plus 8 deadlifts.. Lowcountry Crossfit West Ashley, Charleston, SC
