Warm-Up:

7 power clean (choose a good warm-up weight)
7 wallball

10 KBS
10 OHS (PVC pipe)
10 PVC pass-throughs

    4:10 Rx'd this was my first time Rx'ing this…i just always seemed to miss the WOD days ms. fran would show up…but yeah this one causes me a lot of fear…heh…awesome job to everyone!

    Brittany:I was there for the tv crew. The cameras helped push me. Everyone finished under 6 minutes! Great Job Everyone! Let me just say that it is so great to be a part of Lowcountry Crossfit. We have some great athletes, and more importantly some amazing people!5:45 with blue band
