    First day that I haven't taken a pain killer, I'm sure I will to sleep tonight though. I feel like doing a WOD after running into crossfitters at lunch and trying to get someone to start today, but that isn't going to happen. I am getting back on the paleo/zone diet. Here are a couple of photos (xray / arm) if anyone hasn't seen a dislocation, the xray is kinda cool… to bad it was my arm.

    15:35rx with 8 min tabata abs after. I took all last week off. I would highly discorage anyone from spending a week sitting in a class all day, studying all night, eating poor choice of foods and then drinking all weekend. I felt it today, but I will say.. As miserable as I felt, it was great to be back @ Crossfit.. Tomorrow I will begin my 1000 calorie workouts with hr monitor.
