Congratulations to Sarah F. for completing her first kipping pullup. With a little more consistency, she will soon be RX-ing all of her pullup WODs. Nice job!

15 thrusters 95lbs/65lb

    Had to use 185 for Deadlifts but Rx'd the rest

    that's another +/- type time. Last time the stopwatch broke, this time was operator error. I looked down and it was still at 1:30, so I added 4 mins to everyone's time. So give or take a little from the morning crew's times. Sorry guys. On a side note, everyone did a great job and Robyn's deadlift form has improved ten fold! Nice work hope everyone has a good weekend.

    13:43 135lbs for the deadlift, bb for pullups, Rx'd the other two.
    WOW that was so much harder then I thought it was gonna be… arms and legs were shaking.
