    21-15-9
    Wall Balls
    Air Squats
    Pushups
    Situps

    5:something

    Nice work today from everyone and thanks for the extra push during the squats. I love the strength days!

    Shannon and I did a WOD from Crossfit San Diego (she also did today's LCCF WOD b/c she's that good!

    Row:
    3x 1k repeats not deviating more than 10 seconds
    2 minute recoveries
    Foul if you deviate more than the specified time
    Foul: 20 pistols. 10 each leg

    Me: 4:52, 4:30, 4:24
