Chief was a great workout, glad we got it in with the Dawn Patrol! The heat this afternoon was brutal!
so…not being consistent in July definltey has killed me! but did increase my weight by 10 pounds…
14.5 rounds with 63lb…..I dropped in rounds…never takin time off again!!
