“Death By Pullups”

With a continuously running clock, do one pullup each minute, adding 1 additional pullup on the minute, for each minute of time. Continuing as long as you can…… eg. 1 min = 1 pullup, 2 mins = 2 pullups, 3 mins = 3 pullups. etc… Use bands (the same one throughout) for assistance as needed.

Rest 5 minutes, then…

Run 800m (go hard!!!)

Post highest amount of pullups and time on run to comments
