Come to Lowcountry Crossfit in Mt. Pleasant at 502 Wando Park Blvd. Ste 103 to compete in the LCCF Crossfit Games! There will be food, drinks (yes, even beer), and even a dunking booth and castle jump for the kids! Registration is $40 which will benefit the Lowcountry Orphan Relief Organization, and it comes with a really cool t-shirt! Please make every effort to be there and support your local community. All workouts are scalable to any level of fitness and there will be several coaches on site to help you with all the lifts. Event begins at 9am. Please be there early to register and get set up.
