good job kevin! those GHD's are lookin' sexy! those are the yukon brand right?? hey bro check this site… http://www.biancolo.com/articles/yukon-glute-ham-developer-modificationbefore we had a crossfit gym here i was interested in getting my own GHD and the yukon's were the best priced…but anyways, i came across this site where this guy posted an easy and simple 'modification' for the yukons to make the footplates feel just as snug and firm as the more expensive models…check it out…

I hate burpees!!! Was super sore from the CF Games! But didnt quit!!! Forgot all my weights…lets just say it was a huge day of having a "Case of the Mondays" Great Job to Cari for getting 3rd at the CF Games on Saturday!
