“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Today, 346the workout was brutal…but I liked it!!

389 reps. It was harder than it looked. Great job to all athletes, everyone pushed extremely hard today and that was motivating. Also, I owe a big thank you to all that partnered up and recorded scores. I am very glad to have such a great group of people at our gym. I would not have been able to keep track of all the scores if it weren't for you all. Thanks!
