    24:05…had to switch to doing box jumps and kettlebells first. Lot of people there today.

    17:40 ring dips in place of pullups.Still sore from yesterday….and now today…..

    Derrick (DC)23:03 Rx The wall ball/pullups were surprisingly harder for me than the boxjump/KBS. I whimped out on a couple of the 400m runs…need to improve.
