    115-135Fx4..either my shoulders need to heal up a bit more or my max is between 115 and 135.As for "Amy", 8:18 with a 53 lbs KBS due to not having 70 lbs.

    65-85-95-105F-95Amy-4:34 35lbs KBS, 65lbs thrusters and ring dips in place of pullups
