1st Annual “Iron Oar Challenge”

On November 3rd and 4th, 2012 CrossFit gyms around world will unite together to host the 1st Annual “Iron Oar Challenge”.  Athletes across the globe will be able to row for a reason and show their support for our military families.  All of the funds raised will be donated to Operation R&R Charleston, 31 Heroes Project, and The Disposable Heroes Project.

We are proud to announce that CrossFit Integrity is a registered affiliate to support this cause, now let’s get some athletes registered!

The event will be going 8am-9pm Saturday, November 3rd and 8am-7pm on Sunday, November 4th. You can register for ONLY a 30 minute time block.  Row for FUN!
 
There will be plenty of rowers going in one location (will be announced soon!!).

Register on the website below for:
-  $15 – you can send the link out to have family and friends “sponsor” you and add to your donation total
- $25 - receive an event t-shirt
-
$35 - receive an event t-shirt and swag bag

The gym that raises the most money will win a free concept 2 model 3 black rower.  There are also some awesome individual prizes for the athlete that raises the most money and rows the most meters!
 
Complete Nutrition is the title sponsor and has some awesome things planned for the weekend for participants:
-VIP night Friday evening at both Complete Nutrition stores (West Ashley and Mt. Pleasant) and free samples throughout the event

Operation R&R Charleston is also hosting an after-party event at Crave in Mt. Pleasant on Sunday, November 5th at 7:30pm. There will be live music, paleo appetizers, drink specials, and a chance for the Charleston CrossFit community to get together and hang out!
