50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45lb/33lb
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20lb/10lb
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Evaline: 23:41…I wouldn’t have been able to push through it if it wasn’t for Sarah and Alana! Thanks ladies! It wasn’t “the burn”, it was more like my legs were just gonna give out.Sorry about your dog!

    Great job by all athletes. My legs too were worked from yesterday, but it will definitely help with wallballs on saturday during FGB. 21:09

    Jeez, I wish that I had you guys as teachers in high school. I don’t even have a dog. If I did, though, it would have eaten my workout. 31:59

    I had difficulties driving home after this workout. Didn’t catch my time b/c I was trying not to vomit. I’m glad Alana and Evaline were there with me to struggle through it!
