    21:59. Rx. Sick workout and warm up. Nice man-makers. By the way, how was I the only one to do the 500m row warm up?

    21:03 as RX’d. The rings really held me back, I went straight to muscle failure after the first round. Just goes to show you where my weak points are. We shall work the rings into our warm-up weekly!Are you searching for a way to log your progress in addition to using the blog? Do you have an iPhone? If so, then I highly recommend the iPhone application “As Rx’d”. A truly elegant program what works really well! Let me know if you are interested and you can play with mine.

    Justin-17:44-had to use blue band for dips and run was alot easier at 6am without the heat
