Evaline I am constantly amazed at how hard you push yourself. It definitely shows and the improvement that you have made since you first started is incredible. We need to get you on the blue band soon then eventually doing kipping pullups! Great work today!

Evaline: Wow…Thank you so very much!!!!!!!!!With a comment like that I would be a complete loser if I don’t switch to the blue band! Done!No more green band…..unless you guys have a WOD with like 70 pull-ups or something and I am at exhaustion:)

~12:57, 25 lbs, Green Band pull-ups. I’m glad the Citadel boys came, they were a constant motivator. Double-unders w/ the jump rope in warm-up are still a challenge for this girl. I’m going to go watch Rocky to get some tips.~Sara B.

10:07 Rx, I dont usually like WOD’s that include running but this one was ok, time was a little weak though

10:29 as Rx’d, grip for the pull-ups was an issue. Not having someone to compete against caused me not to push myself as hard, especially during the run.
