Happy Memorial Day to everyone!! This WOD goes out to all the fallen and those who have served for us and our country.

For time:

Start with:
25 pullups
25 abmat situps

Then 10 rounds of:
5 burpees
5 SDHP (95lb/65lb)
10 KBS (1.5pood/1pood)

Then finish with:
25 abmat situps
25 pullups

    19:02 – Those middle rounds were pretty horrible. Great job to everyone who did the workout.

    Alana 20:35 – 6 rounds 53lbs/Blue Band. Way to much partying and volleyball to rock this one!

    Michael 28:39 75lbs and green band.That was a good one coach!
