Congratulations to Paul on his Personal Record (PR) for Clean & Jerk. He increased the load on the Jerk by 30lbs in ONE month! Also, great work by everyone on the C&J WOD. Each athlete pushed it to failure which means you gave it your all. Make sure you record your results for the next time we C&J so additional PR’s will be accomplished.

Today’s WOD:

“Running with Christine”

3 rounds for time:
400m run
12 deadlift (body weight)
21 box jumps (24″/19″)

Post time and weight on deadlift to comments

19:10 with 98lbs. The run killed me but made it and the ankle held up. This is where the “bad habit” takes its toll!Lowcountry Crossfit West Ashley, Charleston, SC

Brittany: I tried really hard to Rx this WOD! I Rx’d the first round but had to drop weight on the deadlifts. Maybe next time! And I can’t remember my exact time.16 ish 135 lbs/115 lbs24 “Lowcountry Crossfit West Ashley, Charleston, SC
