    Nicole= 10,10,11,5,6,6,5,8… 8 min. tabata pushups and situps…100 burps 12:28Good last workoout, thanks for the motivation guys.

    forget how many i got on each.. Total pullups = 93 in six rounds. Cardio has gone to crap! Gonna take a few weeks. Great job to all that did this wod!Lowcountry Crossfit West Ashley, Charleston, SC
