As many reps as possible of burpees:
max rep burpees in 10 seconds , rest 50 second
max rep burpees in 20 seconds , rest 40 second
max rep burpees in 30 seconds , rest 30 second
max rep burpees in 40 seconds , rest 20 second
max rep burpees in 50 seconds , rest 10 second
max rep burpees in 1 minute

rest 3 minutes, then….

3 rounds for time:
30 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull (53lb/35lb)
Run 400m

Post total burpee reps and time to comments
