then….

2 rounds for time: (time cap: 15 minutes)
10 deadlift (275lb/185lb)
20 handstand pushups (sub seated dumbbell press)
30 front squat (95lb/65lb)

Core Development:
30 hollow body rock
15 tuck crunch
plank hold, 2 minutes (cumulative)
