20 kettlebell swings (53lb/35lb)
Run 200m
30 burpees
Run 200m
40 kettlebell snatch (53lb/35lb)…. sub dumbbell snatch
Run 200m
50 abmat situps
Run 400m

-team members will run together
-each team member will perform the number of reps
