Run 400m

*sub box dips or pushups for ring dips

Core Development:
Plank Hold for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds
Plank Hold for 45 seconds, rest 45 seconds
Plank Hold for 60 seconds, rest 60 seconds
Plank Hold for 75 seconds
