    So the GHDs are part of the WOD and not core development for post WOD?

    The GHD’s are part of the chipper, they are now anyway cause that’s how we rolled at 6am. Also went ahead and called out hands up push ups.

    Correct, there is no post-WOD core development today… GHDs are included in the chipper.

    Also, I keep hearing these rumors that I was actually trying to hurt beth…that’s just silly. Betholicious is my girl…just understand that we have a friendly competition with each other in EVEERYTHING we do…especially when vodka is involved. :)
