45 power clean (135lb/95lb)
35 kettlebell swings (70lb/53lb)
40 chest-to-bar pullups

-time cap, 14 minutes…

-rest 4 minutes, then…at 18:00…

For time:
50 synchronized bar facing burpee

    WOD: w/Maggie, 234 modified (me: #80 PC, #35 KB, 1/2 C2B pullups, then other half regular kipping pullups).

    Burpees: 8:24
