Run 1200m for the 1500m row
Run 800m for the 1000m row
Run 400m for the 500m row

Core Development:
GHD situps, 3 sets of 10-15
GHD hip extensions, 3 sets of 15-20

    @ time cap was at 20 pushups in last segment, 190 reps total
    Finished complete WOD @ 33:10 modified (ring rows, raised bar pushups)
