ATTENTION:  Additional NOON classes will be available next week!!!  Starting on Monday, March 1st, we will be offering a 12:00pm class each weekday EXCEPT on Wednesdays.  The “Hours” page has been updated to reflect the additional classes.

Nutrition Seminar this Saturday from 9:00am-12:00pm.  The gym will be closed for all workouts during the nutrition seminar. 

3 rounds for max reps of:
pushups
pullups

There is no time component in this WOD.  When you hit failure, rest a strict time between exercises.  Your score is max reps for each exercise per round.

    Annie: 13:30 Rx DU’s were good to me this morning! Did this WOD 2 weeks ago and my time was 18:08. 4 1/2 minutes shaved off…

    52,14/38,12/31,11 as Rx’d next time shooting for 75 pushups first round. Wish pu’s would have been higher but shoulders were burnt out.

    10:24 First time Rx’ing Annie so PR. Got 20 du’s in a row today!(previous high was Monday this week which was 16)

    last time didn’t do anything before Annie but didn’t Rx 10:13 singles PR for singles
