AMRAP in 12 minutes: (in teams of two, follow the leader for total reps)
deadlift + hang clean + shoulder-to-overhead

TM1: 1-1-1 (1 DL, 1 HC, 1 S2O)
TM2: 1-1-1 (1 DL, 1 HC, 1 S2O)
TM1: 2-2-2 (2 DL, 2 HC, 2 S2O)
TM2: 2-2-2 (….etc….)
TM1: 3-3-3 (3 DL, 3 HC, 3 S2O)
TM2: 3-3-3 (….etc….)
then 4’s, 5’s, …..etc….. until 12 minutes

135lb for men
95lb for women

….(at 12:00) rest 3 minutes, then….

AMRAP in 4 minutes: (at 15:00)
box jump overs (24in/20in)

-done in sets of 5
TM1: 1-5 reps
TM2: reps 6-10
TM1: reps 11-15
TM2: reps 16-20
….etc….

….(at 19:00) rest 3 minutes, then….

For time: (at 22:00)
100 partner abmat situps + med ball overhead toss, back and forth
-50 reps each
-athlete’s choice on med ball weight
