AMRAP in 22 minutes: (teams of two, trade reps as needed)
50 thrusters (95lb/65lb) (partner holds plank)
Row 50 calories (partner holds top of deadlift, 95lb/65lb)
50 burpee jump to plate (partner rests)
Airdyne 50 calories (partner holds barbell overhead, 95lb/65lb)
50 toes-to-bar (partner holds hollow body)

*be sure the holds are taking place before the rep-working athlete completes reps
