30 box jumps (24/20)
40 wallballs (20/14)
50 abmat situps
40 Russian kettlebell swings (70/53)
30 pullups
20 dumbbell push press
-run 400m (together) at 8:00 and 16:00
-continue where left off on AMRAP after the runs
