“Friday The 13th” Team WOD

For time: (Teams Of Two)

Buy-In: 13 bar muscle-ups or chest-to-bar pullups/pullups/pullup mod (one person working at a time, trade reps as needed)

13 rounds of: (alternating movements)
Row 13 calories
13 pushups
13 overhead squats (45lb/35lb)…or 15lb or PVC
13 mountain climbers (2-count)
13 abmat situps

Cash-Out: 13 bar muscle-ups or chest-to-bar pullups/pullups/pullup mod (one person working at a time, trade reps as needed)

-one person will do 7 rounds, 1 person will do 6 rounds
