AMRAP in 15 minutes:
Bike 10 calories
15 shoulder press (75/55)
50 double-unders
12 weighted box step overs (45lb db, 24in box / 25lb db 20in box)
3 bar muscle-ups (sub pullups)

-for bar muscle-up, add 3 reps each round (3-6-9-12-etc)
