Back Squat, 8 (65%)-8 (70%)-6 (80%)-4 (85%) reps
then….
5 rounds for time:
72ft overhead walking lunge (45lb/25lb)
72ft bear crawl
*length of the wood is 36ft (down and back)
**set bumper plate down when resting or complete with the round, instead of dropping
