2012 March 22

For time (in teams of two):
Run 800m (each teammate runs 400m)
200 pushups
Run 800m (each teammate runs 400m)
200 kettlebell swings (53lb/35lb)
Run 400m (each teammate runs 200m)
100 pushups
Run 400m (each teammate runs 200m)
100 kettlebell swings (53lb/35lb)
Run 400m (together)

Everything is done with one team member working at atime except for the last run, which will be done together.  All athletes must ‘tag’ each other on the first four runs.

Compare to 6/7/11

    Aw! I remember doing this WOD with PrimeTime when he was brand-spanking new…he had no idea what he was getting into…he said to me, “so how hard do you plan on going?” 🙂

    Odd number at the `12;00 so I did the WOD I missed on Wed.
    Wk 10 P/U prog with equal Push Ups and 5 HSPU (abmats 1 then 2)
    MU work

    Haha, no worries Nick! You made up for it with doing all those pushups!

    So, I guess I shaved 8 minutes off from the last time I did this? And Bob Mo definitely did more work than I did when we partnered up the last time… Kettlebells definitely felt better this time around!
