15 supinated barbell low row (pull to belly button or lower)
1-arm dumbbell bench press, 12 reps (each arm)


3 sets: (superset)
16 renegade row (8 each arm)
12 PVC lat pulldown (pause 1 second)
12 floor angels (option: 2.5 or 5lb plates)


For time:
85 wallball (20/14)
-every 45 seconds (starting at :45), perform 12 jumping jacks
