AMRAP in 24 minutes: (teams of two, with one person working at a time)
20 deadlifts (225lb/155lb)
30 box jumps (24in/20in)
40 wallballs (20lb/14lb)
50 abmat situps
40 Russian kettlebell swings (70lb/53lb)
30 pullups
20 handstand pushups

-run 400m (together) at 8:00 and 16:00
-continue where left off after the run
