Iron Oar Challenge Update:
The location of the event is in front of the Complete Nutrition Store in Mount Pleasant Town Centre:
1600 Palmetto Grande Drive – located next to Versona, Ulta, and Bed Bath & Beyond
All CrossFit Integrity rowers will be slotted between 1pm and 2:30pm. Meet at the gym at noon and we can carpool over from there!
6 rounds for time:
6 front squat (135lb/95lb)
8 lateral burpees over barbell
10 deadlift (135lb/95lb)
Core Development:
50 flutter kicks (4-count)

Thanks Catherine! Has a bunch of key fobs on it (Food Lion, Walgreens, Petco, RiteAid, etc), a few house/apt keys, Chevy car key, and Las Vegas keychain with Jamie on it. If you could all double check your bags and make sure you didn’t accidentally pick them up it would be much appreciated!
