100 air squats

Go hard and fast throughout this benchmark WOD.  The four movements are to be done in order with continuing to the next exercise after 100 reps are completed.

    29:17 Rx PR! Only beat my last time by 15sec’s. I did the 5pm class yesterday and did the 6am class today so I was slow with our all of my recovery time on the air squats. I definetly perform better in the afternoon. Almost lost my breakfast to Angie.

    19:20 RX.. I’m right there with you Derrick. Didn’t have a whole lot of time to recover from last night, but its nice to switch it up and keep your body guessing. Constantly varied. Great job to the morning crew, keep it up guys!

    19:12 Rx. I’m giving myself a :07 deduct because of a bum, spinner bar. I figure I was :07 behind because everyone was 5 pullups in after I’d moved the box and started. 19:19 with that fiasco.

    Completed on Saturday: 26:04 using bb for pullups…first time I completed this in 27:03 using both bands. At least a step in the right direction!
