Have to do this one at home. A lot of people I tell about crossfit ask if or how it compares to P90X. Seen the comercials but not sure how to answer. Any thoughts??
Excellent question for Chris, who cycled through the P90X DVD’s before starting CrossFit. Mr. Pace, you got anything?
Got it in at the house while my daughter napped. Thrusters (all I have is 25lb dumbells) and I don’t have a pullup bar so I subbed 10 situps instead. All in all with the substitutions and low weight I got in 4rnds+3T+10su+2pu. Feel much better than the first time me and “Cindy” met!

Did P90x and had really good results but followed the diet to a T. Without doing that the results would have not been nearly as good. I will be honest…it got a little boring around day 60. It would not be hard working out at your house to say “well I don’t feel like working out today”. Crossfit is much more intense and the workouts are more all arous total body. The P90x can be a little monontanous at times…we all know this isn’t true for crossfit. Hope that helps. If you have any more questions I am here…or at crossfit.
So I guess what Chris is saying is that P90x is b-o-r-i-n-g. To me, it kind of sounds like a waste of time and waste of infomercial space… bring back the chia-pet! wonder if there any revalations out there saying that P90sx builds great athletes.. As for the FUN methodology of CrossFit, and its local ahletes, keep a look out for our athlete profiles..
Anyway, nice job today by all… This was a fun WOD, mixing up Cindy a bit with some strength..

3 rounds with presses at 155 Such a heavy weight week, hard to Rx!
2 rounds and I was done. I was so sore from the workouts earlier in the week that I didn’t enjoy this one.
