Good luck to Maggie and Mike who are teaming up to compete in The Capital Games in Washington DC over the weekend! Good luck to Coach Jonathan who is competing at South Georgia Throwdown in Albany, Ga over the weekend! Represent!!

    Gah, I wish I had my Randy time from when we did it when I was only a couple months into CrossFit (March 2011)!!!

    My advice is go for as many as possible
    First set, cause once you set it down it gets harder!!
