For time: (in teams of two with one person working at a time)
1000m run (done in 5 x 200m segments with one team member doing one 200m at a time)
100 box jumps (24in/19in)
100 air squats
100 abmat situps (one abmat per team)
100 pushups
100 pullups
100 burpees
