FREE Community Class on Saturday’s is at 9:30am. Any individual new to CrossFit may a FREE introductory session at 9:30am during community class on Saturday’s at 9:30am. There is no pre-registration for this class, you may just show up at 9:15am or a little earlier. If are unavailable on Saturday mornings, email or call to schedule an appointment to go through a free introduction.
The Fundamentals (On-Ramp) Course will provide the athlete with the information and training to properly and safely perform the basic fundamental movements of CrossFit. This is a two week, 4 session course that is required prior to any individual joining a group class.
Weightlifting Class is designed to work on detailed techniques of the snatch, clean, and jerk. This class is for everyone and is highly recommended.
Skills Class is designed to work on detailed techniques of the gymnastic skilled movements. This class is for everyone and is highly recommended.
Open Gym is for athletes to work on form and practice certain movements. Use this time to your benefit.
Yoga Class is for mobility/flexibility and will help athletes better their movement and positioning patterns.
