FREE Introduction Class on Saturday’s is at 9:00am ONLY! Any individual new to CrossFit may a FREE introductory session at 9:00am ONLY on Saturdays. If are unavailable on Saturday mornings, email or call to schedule an appointment to go through a free introduction.
The Fundamentals Course will provide the athlete with the information and training to properly and safely perform the basic fundamental movements of CrossFit. This is a two week, 4 session course that is required prior to any individual joining a group class.
Olympic Lifting Class is designed to work on detailed techniques of the snatch, clean, and jerk. This class is for everyone and is HIGHLY recommended.
Skill Development is 30 minutes of learning and moving through the efficiencies of a skill movement. Each class will concentrate on one movement for that week.
Open Gym is for athletes to work on form and practice certain movements. Use this time to your benefit!
