Chest-to-Bar Pullups, 4 sets of 15 reps (untimed)
-sub pullups/ring rows as needed

then….

“Death by Thrusters”

With a continuously running clock do one Thruster the first minute, two Thruster the second minute, three Thruster the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.  Men use 95lb, women use 65lb.

    4×15 Ring Rows + 5 pull-up attempts
    WOD: 8 rounds even Rx had to pull out due to back injury didn’t want to risk it….great WOD though and great job by everyone!

    C2B – 2×15; tweaked left shoulder from these and had to stop.

    For the Death by Thrusters – Ok I think I really got 16+10 rx

    (But, I’m not sure bc Coach BK and Vanny say it’s 17+10rx. I suppose it depends if we’re saying I completed 16, and I was in the 17th min and finished 10 of 17. I tend to over think things.) 🙂

    We started on the 1 min mark, and I remember finishing 16 thrusters with :04 seconds on the clock. Then, I started on the 17 min and completed 10. I made faces, fell over and looked at the clock. It read 18:19.

    Thanks for yelling at me 6pm class. Love the energy and the awesome Spring weather.
