2 snatch balance (pause 2 seconds at the bottom of each rep)
3 overhead squat (pause 3 seconds at the bottom on the last rep)
-work up to a moderate weight

strict weighted pullups, 5 sets of 3
-work up to a moderate weight


AMRAP in 8 minutes:
6 one-arm dumbbell hang clean and jerk (45lb/25lb)
6 other-arm dumbbell hang clean and jerk (45lb/25lb)
12 wallball (20lb/14lb)

Core Development:
4 sets:
hollow body hold, 20 seconds
15 tuck crunch
