10 rounds for time:
2 squat snatches (95lb/65lb)
4 overhead squats
6 burpees with lateral jump over barbell
Scale movements as needed. Squat snatches can be scaled to power snatches.

15:43/45# for 2 rds then 33# for 8
Not my best performance, but on the upside, I actually was able to do a true squat snatch with the 33# as opposed to a power snatch followed by an OHS. My shoulders & arms are still recovering from last week, the bar felt like 100# this morning!

Not a great day for me. Couldn’t take the heat. I didn’t pre-hydrate well. Lesson learned!

PR’s the Split Jerk, total 280lbs.
19 something with 65# but finally got comfortable with the squat snatch and overhead squat thanks to the overhead squat lifting class last week.
