EMOM for 5 minutes:
3 tall cleans
-light weight, focus on speed

-rest 2 minutes, then…

EMOM for 5 minutes:
1 hang clean high pull
1 hang power clean
2 front squats
-moderate weight

…right into…

hang squat clean, take 8 minutes to work up to a heavy single

then….

3 rounds for time: (time cap, 12 minutes)
Run 400m
15 burpee pullups

Core Development:
100 hollow body rock (partition as needed)

    went ahead and finished entire WOD: 13:57 Rx
